Shipping policy

Everything is available for pick-up at one of our Flagship located at 1912 Danforth Avenue, Toronto and almost everything is available to ship except for items that are too fragile to travel like our pastry products.

We ship anywhere in the world with DHL, Purolator, UPS or Canada Post between Tuesdays to Thursdays.

If you are looking for products that are not available in our online store, please contact us by email and we will see what we can do for you.

We try to process all the orders same day or at least in the next business day (if you didn't specify your receive date in the check out), but during our busy seasons, due to the huge amount of orders yours could take up to 3 business days to be done. If you would like to choose a specific date to have the order shipped or delivered you can add a little note for us on the ORDER NOTES or in the CALENDAR before doing the checkout.

Personal Local Delivery (In Toronto only)
• We send one of our team members to deliver you between Tuesday to Friday (9am to 3pm)

Shipping Options 
• Canada (including Toronto and GTA) – Canada Post, Purolator (the best option) or UPS

• International – DHL Express or (as much as we wish for a free trade agreement with the entire world, for orders shipping outside of Canada we are not responsible for any customs charges and delays that may ensue).

All packages are sent with no signature required – if you request we send it with signature required to ensure your chocolate makes it to you in one piece, but we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Cut Off Times

• Parcel mail (Toronto, Canada and international) – Orders placed Mon-Thu before 1:00 EST will be shipped that day. Orders placed after Thursday at 1:00 will be processed the following Monday – we don't ship via parcel mail on Fridays to avoid your chocolate sitting in a warm warehouse over the weekend (it may damage their quality).

During our busy seasons, due to the huge amount of orders yours could take up to 3 business days to be processed but our team of Chocolate Heroes will make all the efforts to not exceed more than that.

Chocolate Melts 
Heat and humidity are like kryptonite to our chocolate Brigadeiros. To have your product arrive in perfect condition we only ship express post in the hotter months with reusable ice packs or/and insulated foil lined boxes packed which unfortunately comes at a higher cost.

Summer months: Express only 
Cooler months: Ground or Express

Returns 
Sorry, due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on chocolate Brigadeiros.
