Can I include a gift note card with my order?
Yes! You can add a gift note card to your order for an additional fee on the cart page. You’ll also have the option to include your own personalized message. Choose from a selection of Thank You, Birthday, or Congratulations cards to make your gift extra special.
Do you accept orders for events or party favours?
Yes! We offer brigadeiros for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, and party favours. All custom catering orders are made fresh in small batches to ensure the highest quality and taste. For more information or to start planning your order, please contact us through our Events & Parties page.
Do you offer corporate gifting?
Yes! We can create unique, branded chocolate boxes tailored for your business, clients, employees, or special events. Shipping, Delivery and Pickup
Below are some common questions about shipping, local delivery and pickup.
Where do you ship to?
We proudly ship worldwide! Orders within Canada are typically delivered within 2–3 business days after the delivery date selected on the cart page. Shipping times for international orders may vary depending on the destination.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We offer local delivery throughout Toronto and the GTA. To check eligibility, enter your postal code on the cart page, then select your preferred delivery date. We’ll deliver your order on the date selected. Orders placed before 3 PM are also eligible for same-day local delivery by 8 PM.
Can I pick up my order at one of your retail stores?
Yes! We offer local pickup at our retail locations. Simply select your preferred pickup location on the cart page along with your desired pickup date. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.

Are your brigadeiros allergen-free?
Our brigadeiros are made without eggs or peanuts in the recipe itself. However, they are produced in a kitchen where eggs are also used for other baked goods, such as cookies. While we take great care to avoid cross-contamination by using separate equipment whenever possible, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely allergen-free.
Please note that all of our chocolates contain dairy, and some flavors may also include nuts or gluten in their ingredients or decorations. We recommend checking our flavours page for detailed ingredient information.
If you have a severe allergy to eggs, peanuts, nuts, dairy, or gluten, we advise against consuming our products due to the shared kitchen environment.
How should I store the brigadeiros?
Brigadeiros can be stored in a cool, dry place for 5–7 days. For longer freshness, keep them in a sealed container or plastic bag in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months. Before serving, allow frozen brigadeiros to come to room temperature for the best texture and flavor.
Do you offer any gluten free options?
Brigadeiros are naturally gluten-free; however, some flavors are decorated with rice crispearls that contain gluten. Many of our brigadeiro product pages include a gluten-free option that you can select before adding your order to the cart. When this option is selected, your box will be curated using only gluten-free flavours.
